click to view larger imageNestled where the bluegrass meets the mountains, Mt. Sterling Golf and Country Club’s clubhouse is a distinguished reminder of the way things were but with all the amenities of modern life.

The building that now serves as our clubhouse was built in 1856 by Anderson Chenault and it is the treasured centerpiece of our vibrant and active club. Completely remodeled in 2005, the clubhouse offers an elegant dining room overlooking the 18th green and our private lake, a casual lounge for watching the big game and a comfortable living area to unwind in with family and friends.

In addition to our 18-hole championship golf course, our family friendly swimming pool, children's wading pool and Snack Bar make for a relaxing afternoon during the summer season. If a more tranquil water setting is your idea of fun, MSGCC offers some of the best fishing in Montgomery County! Our beautiful, private eight acre lake provides members with great family fishing and enjoyment all year long. A variety of social activities also are planned throughout the year. Don’t miss the New Year’s festivities, 4th of July fireworks or cookies with Santa - just to mention a few! Regardless of your age, there is something for everyone at Mt. Sterling Golf and Country Club.

I have been on the staff here at the Mt. Sterling Golf and Country Club since 2007. As an owner and operator of my own restaurant, my commitment is to quality food and service. Great care is taken in creating menus for your dining experience or special occasion, whether planning a wedding, an afternoon luncheon with a client, dining in the bar or hosting a gala event.

Working at the club has allowed me the privilege and pleasure of working with the dedicated members and guest, along with our courteous and professional staff. Monthly planned events allow you and your family to take full advantage of the services provided.

I currently serve as a board member for the Chamber of Commerce. In my spare time I love to travel, try to play golf, read and spend quality time with family and friends.
